Really, be out in nature. Smell the beautiful fresh air, look around and bask in the ambiance of nature. It’s incredible! I can be having an awful day, but once I’m surrounded by trees and listening to the sounds of nature, it reminds me how small my problems really are. It clear my mind and rejuvenates me entirely!
Some people say fitness and diet are key to a healthy life, and they are, but there is n o t h i n g like spending 30 minutes with nature. It’s good for your mental health, spiritual health, physical health, and every other kinda health their are! Take my word for it and go for a walk! Open your eyes, really take it all in and realize that your problems are only as big as you believe them to be.
