Bueno acá les dejo la rutina de uno de mis días de piernas! 🙌🏻🔥

📝Nota de entrenamiento: Los descansos para el sumo son de 3-4 min y para los otros ejercicios entre 1-2 min. Este día el ejercicio primordial es sumo, razón por la cual le dedico 5 sets de acercamiento al peso de trabajo, cada set incrementó el peso y realizó 10,8,5,3 y 1 reps

1️⃣ Peso Muerto Sumo 4x6 (72.50% 1RM - 122.5kg)
2️⃣ Sentadilla Frontal 3x6-8 (67.50% 1RM)
3️⃣ Cable PULL Throughs 3x20
4️⃣ Prensa Unilateral 3x12-15
5️⃣ Extensión de Piernas Unilateral 3x15
6️⃣ Curl de Piernas Unilateral 3x12
7️⃣ Pantorrilla Sentado 3x15

Los ejercicios 3, 6 y 7 no se muestran en el video. Asimismo, el ejercicio 5 y poses del final son de otra sesión de entrenamiento, ya que en esta no pude grabarlas

Mis piernas siempre fueron, y lo son 🙄, un punto débil en torno a mi físico. Sin embargo, siempre he tratado de llevarlas al siguiente nivel y mejorar constantemente!! Como sabrán actualmente me encuentro en una etapas de volumen y les daré un poco más de amor durante todo este periodo 💪🏻😈
