Itsss back and bis today and WE ARE LIT!
Been having killer lifts all week despite the fact that I haven’t been feeling well and today I went into the gym with a pounding headache 🤕 but after a few sets, I felt much better!! Who knew! #notcomplaining
Times when you feel your worst, that’s when you should push yourself to work harder because you just might come out stronger 🤷🏼♀️💭 ____ ▪️Going off my post from yesterday, having balance is so important. But it takes time and practice to find your balance.
First, that goal you have in your head, YOU HAVE TO WANT IT BAD!
You have to be in the right mindset to want to go to the gym and eat right. If you aren’t there, you’ll just be miserable and be a slave to your own life. Find what you ENJOY doing. Get to a point where the gym is fun and find foods you look forward to. [for me I look forward to my chicken, brown rice and BBQ sauce or my rice cakes with PB & banana]
You’ll get into a routine and slowly realize that your daily habits, your lifestyle, is shifting.
Once you get to this point, where you enjoy the process and aren’t thinking about quitting, THEN you are on the road to succeed.
At that point, you’ll figure out how to balance the OTHER fun things that make up your life. Alcohol, cake, traveling, etc. ........
