Whenever i ask someone why they don’t go to the gym and exercise or just take care of their body, I always get the same answer : “I don’t have any motivation.” Ok, but why?
We tend to set ourselves some goals that are impossible to achieve in the short period of time we give ourselves. That’s how we become so unmotivated. We expect results fast.
Whatever your goals are, wether it’s a physical goal, a financial goal or whatever goal you have, set them small.
Set achievable goals and you will be more motivated as you reach them fast.
For example, if you want to lose weight, (say you want to lose 10-15 pounds idk) Don’t tell yourself okay by the end of the month I will weight 10-15 pounds less. Try setting smaller goals like, aim for 2-5 every week or two weeks.
Just the feeling of achieving a small goal is gonna keep you going for more.
You’ll have this feeling of satisfaction and believe me it is the best feeling.
