Lately I’ve talked a lot about weight gain, my workouts and food.
When I talk about weight gain, people look at me like I am crazy.
Being skinny is a beauty goal and if you are genetically skinny, well, you’ve won the genetic lottery!
I am here to bust those thoughts!
But a picture is more than a thousand words.
1 year difference, 9 kg gained!
If I don’t work out and I eat whatever I want, I am skinny, fluffy and don’t even get me started on how I feel and energy level!
My goal is still +5 to go, even though I am very happy with where I am right now!
This change didn’t happen in 1 year, it happened since January when I started going to spinning classes and in the last 2 months when I got really serious about my weightlifting workouts!
It’s just the beginning and the best is yet to come
