Un pugile è completo quando oltre a saper usare i pugni sa usare anche il cervello.
Così come un atleta può ritenersi tale solo quando imparerà a non far ricadere la colpa del suo insuccesso su chi gli è stato accanto nella preparazione.

Ognuno è artefice delle proprie gioie e dei propri dolori, chi punta il dito, in realtà si sta nascondendo dietro quel dito.
In tutta la mia vita sportiva ho eseguito ciò che mi è stato insegnato, da chi aveva più esperienza di me, tacendo ed ascoltando. Ed ancora lo faccio perché non si finisce mai di imparare.

Chi mi paga per imparare accetta il mio metodo: a chi non piace, consiglio vivamente di cambiare.

Strength:
1. Squat sliders - 12 reps * 4 sets
2. Flexi spiderman push-ups - 8 * 4 (If this is hard, combine kneeling pushups with mountain climbers)
3. Criss-cross - 6 * 4
4. Glute-ham sliders - 6 * 4

Conditioning:
As many rounds as you can in 15 minutes:

It all started in Sept 2015, my amazing friend and mentor introduced me to the most amazing functional facility. After one class of feeling the RUSH I was hooked and continued to bring dozens of close friend to Experience the same feeling. Who would think your knees would be so affected by your shoulders?

The alignment of your shoulders can affect your hip mobility, which can then affect the tracking of your knee joint. Many people write me about knee issues, and the first thing I do with anyone I am working with is look at posture and how the person forward folds or squats.

Try a few squats with the knees parallel and then grab a block and try this sequence. Notice the difference? Tag a friend and let me know!

Yoga is about listening to your body.
As we concentrate, we learn how to work with the attention. This skill is nedeed in our everyday life. That's why yoga is imoportant.

On the other hand, in our usual common life we don't move like in yoga. So we need our practic to teach us how to move the way, we will need it while walking, for example.

That's why im my practice and in my teachiing there are different movement in all 3 axies - so we keep strong, young and pain free. Those movements are based on yoga poses, but only based, as a pose is static, and we have to work in dynamic, as we are alive and we lack movements.

So, I can say, I'm doing a functional 3d yoga :) I think, the most help- and useful one.
