I (re)started my fitness journey almost 2 years ago and it’s gotten more intense as the months went on. I went from “bikini fit” plans to scouring bodybuilding.com for “how to build massive quads”. Cosmo is The Worst for fitness advice. The real advice I could find was usually geared towards dudes up until recently when I found a large handful of ladies with weightlifting pages on insta. Watching them inspired me to do the same and hopefully get others to fall in love with the passion that has changed my life!
