Oh heck I forgot I made these last night! My fasting window had started before these came out of the oven so there was no taste test before bed.. lol

I just got home from work and forgot I had these beauties in my fridge. Damn. Even cold they are fucking delicious.
This recipe used coconut flour and I think I've stated before it's not my fave to bake with because I everything always comes out super dry but these are MOIST AS FUCK. (you're welcome)

So I tried some sumos today and ended up with 3x55kg. If you wonder what that face on the third rep was...; I had a mini heart attack because I lost balance, but managed to bounce back.😂 When you focus on my legs you can tell! But we did it.💪🏻 Need to give these a lot of practise, and we'll get really good at them.😎

Lateral raises for the shoulders will give you boulders. Note: I use to never do these cause I hated them, once I started to do them more I noticed my shoulders started to come out more. If you don’t do these you’re sleepin on your shoulders. Any tips and advice would be greatly appreciated!

EXERCICE DE FAIBLE INTENSITÉ

Pour comprendre l'intensité de l'exercice, il est utile de connaître votre fréquence cardiaque maximale (FCM), que vous pouvez estimer en effectuant des calculs ou connaître de manière plus précise avec l’aide d’un moniteur de fréquence cardiaque.

Cependant, mesurer votre fréquence cardiaque est assez technique et pas vraiment pratique à faire pendant que vous faites de l’exercice. Donc, le moyen le plus facile de vérifier l'intensité de votre exercice est le test de conversation : si vous parlez et chantez tout en faisant de l'exercice sans vous essouffler, vous vous entraînez à faible intensité.

L'exercice de faible intensité est un exercice qui vous amène à environ 40 à 50% de votre FCM (marche décontractée, faire le ménage, etc).

EXERCICE D’INTENSITÉ MODÉRÉE

Pendant un exercice d'intensité modérée, vous êtes entre 50 et 70% de votre FCM. Pour passer le test de conversation, vous pouvez discuter confortablement, mais vous ne pouvez pas chanter plus que quelques mots sans vous essouffler (marche rapide ou en montée, musculation, jogging, cyclisme)

EXERCICE DE HAUTE INTENSITÉ

Les exemples incluent l'entraînement en circuit, les formes intensives de musculation et les exercices d'intensité modérée à un rythme plus élevé (sprints, des longueurs en natation, etc).

Votre FCM pendant un entraînement de haute intensité va au-delà de 70%, et pour passer le test de conversation, vous ne pouvez dire que quelques mots sans devoir vous arrêter pour respirer.
