I forgot how much I enjoyed getting out for a quick morning run. I get my “sweat on” for 20 mins, it kickstarts my steps for the day and my mood feels lighter. The next round of the #RBTShred starts Monday but until then I’ll be hitting the trails.
Shameless brag time...... • 4 weeks of medically supervised modified keto diet • 19.8lbs lost
• I weigh less than I did after my knee replacement & recovery period
• 14 inches overall lost
• 5.3lbs to go until I reach my first goal
315x7 nothing to crazy after deload week. Our peaking cycle began yesterday so 7 weeks and we will max out and see where our numbers are. Stay tuned fam and shoutout to everyone supporting, leaving comments and reaching out through this process. It means a lot and keeps the fire burning. I want to crush my goal of benching 315 lbs that when I get done racking the weight I know I could do more.
Friday I repped 185 in sets of 6 until I reached 100 reps, and then did 4 sets of 25 push-ups.
Yesterday I worked hard with 4 sets of:
Seated chest press
Seated chest flies
Inclined seated chest press
Seated tricep extensions
Then I topped it off last night with 6 sets of cable chest flies for upper, then mid, and then lower, doing an inner chest close dumbbell hammer press in between to build the inner pecs.
