Just sitting here thinking about the week I have ahead of me. I am meeting up with my fitfam + 20,000 other coaches in just a few days and I canโ€™t wait!๐Ÿ—บ๏ธ You know that feeling when you surround yourself with like-minded people?? Never miss a Monday! Well, that concept is a lot easier when your workout is only 23 minutes! .
I'm pretty excited (hmm, can't think of another adjective for it...seems weird) to start this new one. I'm doing the "preworkout" workouts before the actual program/group starts in July. Lol. Confused? ๐Ÿ’œ It all means it's a new program, releasing in July for an early access group with the trainer and it's going to be GOOD!

For anyone that knows me I absolutely thrive on being busy, busy is totally my way of life.

Focusing on just pure chest strength and core.Lying down on a hard service will change the ball game trust me. People use there legs for power take them out then your using just your chest muscle to push the weight which hits your chest more. I found this a lot harder then doing it on bench I also do this with dumbbells lying on the floor since doing this my results and strength and power has improved and core. LAT PULL DOWN has its place. But the Samson Lat Pull Down is the Titan if I were to choose. It full activates your Lats, Teres Major, Forearm flexors. You can pull heavier weight, it builds your stabilizers, strengthens your core. Why wouldn't you train this exercise? Now seriously try it out. Make sure you set your shoulder blades back before you start.
