I am not a runner. Never have been. I was that girl that would avoid it anyway I could. Then there came a time where I lived on the treadmill because I thought it was the only way to stay in shape.
Afterwards, I would probably devour a few bowls of cereal or Lil Debbies oatmeal pies. Frustrated that all my hard work was causing the scale to stay the same or move up! 🙄
My relationship with food has improved over the past year. Everyday is a struggle to make better choices but I am doing so with grace. If you are struggling with these issues too I would love for us to neon the journey together! I am here to help!
