Happy Thursday, friends!!
It has been one heck of a week! Anyone else?? I was traveling, my kitchen floor finally got finished, but now my stove isn’t working now, lots of work on my plate, a super weird callback and I could go on and on as I’m sure YOU could too!!
And you know what, I think is ok to have these kinds of weeks! That is LIFE and there’s no pretending or wishing your way out of it. Things WILL be hard, life is busy, stress will happen. No doubt!
That’s why I LOVE having a daily workout, superfood shake and a no-guess-work meal plan! Talk about stress RELIEF!! I just can’t imagine my life without it, especially during weeks like this. The happy endorphins significantly improve my mood and I am a confidently fueling my body with what it needs instead of hitting the drive-thru (ok, I DID hit up In-n-Out one day, I AM human!!)
