The name says it all. It's about being consistent and dedicated. Some say they don't have time, that's total bullshit. Some say, I don't have a gym membership, you don't need a gym membership to be fit. Some say, I have too many priorites. The excuses go on and on. We have to understand yes, priorities do come first, but if your willing to wake up a couple of hours before you start work, or just take 30 min out of your day you can get a workout in, and in this way after work you have time to get all your priorities accomplished and can't say you don't have the time. You can also get a great workout done at home, get some dumbbells, get a chin up bar, go for a run, piggy back your kids up the steps, becareful if your piggy backing them down the steps (they'll have fun and your introducing them into fitness). Do push ups, perform the plank. There are many things you can do. Don't be afraid of putting in a little effort into your training.
