Spending my Friday upside down♀️
I've been practicing my headstands daily since September. Believe it or not, before and during my YTT, I wasn't able to get up in headstand. I was totally afraid. Right when I got up, I would flip backwards (like I do at the end of the video).
Finally, I'm learning not to be scared and finding control within my body (glutes and core are key)!!
Never give up- practice- keep practicing and then practice some more, because with practice and patience you will get to where you want
