Talk about a WORKOUT!I've been using these the past few weeks,and also weights during my workouts..and I'm Loving it! ..these little gems are working at toning and strengthening my legs,booty..pretty much everything!..
If you haven't tried them..I say give 'em a shot!..And while you're at it..Keep up the hard work! We only get one life & one body...TREAT IT WELL!
Feeling a little stretched out after that yoga session! I’ve been super sore this week from these workouts, but seeing progress!
Checking with my Challenge Groups today, I was sooooo happy to see that I had lost over 6 inches this week!! Success isn’t always seen in the number on the scale!
A Sunday well spent brings a week of content
This morning I had a great call with my amazing team of #girlbosses at 6 am
Yes I did just say 6 am. It might be a little crazy but I loved our call and we were able to brainstorm ideas to reach our goals. After my amazing call I was ready to start my day by working on my personal development
Benjamin let me get a good half an hour of reading in before waking up. We are now enjoying a morning of quality time while dad and brother sleep in. I think Benjamin is enjoying being the only child for a couple of hours

Rest day today. Missed the chance to try A Little Obsessed Cardio. Can’t wait for the whole Little Obsessed program to be up OnDemand. In the mean time I think I’ll just enjoy my sweet treat... threw som raw honey in today for my cough...
And over an hour later, my catch-up workouts are complete. Today is actually Day 14/21, but my morning featured missed workouts from day 12, 13, AND 14. I love the flexibility of at-home workouts and knowing I can catch up later in the week if unforeseen circumstances pop up. BUT let me be the first to say: it's not easy. This morning was a short PSA about the importance of doing what you say you will do, WHEN you say you will do it.
PALEO + VEGAN BANANA CHOCOLATE CHIP MUFFINS | these were so easy and perfect for a rainy Sunday morning @madmen_amc marathon | all I did was mix @simplemills banana bread mix with 1/2C applesauce, 2tbsp coconut oil, 1C water and a handful of cacao nibs + topped them off with @peanutbutterco dark chocolate dream PB
Today was Cardio Day! I know I'm coming up on the last days of my training program so I really want to push it and finish strong!
My knee was giving me issues again today. So modifies some of the jumps. Because of this, I tried to go harder with the upper body!
Workout over! Done!
Now I need a nap!
Today was Build: Shoulders! There's some hard moves in this one! But I did approve a teeny little bit! And that's all that matters!
Sometimes improvement can be in just how you feel! If you feel stronger, faster, more agile, then that's improvement!
Focus on all your improvements, no matter how small or large, and celebrate those! Not with food though!
Reward yourself with new workout clothes, a cute headband, maybe a new workout program that will push you to the next level!
I love this. It’s SUCH an important reminder from @bebody_positive for the majority of us who are at a place in our journeys where we cannot imagine a time when we will be happy with the way our bodies look (esp. if we’re abandoning dieting). .
It’s so comforting for me to know that I may be able to find my way to body positivity in the absence of believing my body looks good or that I am beautiful. Because any other way feels absolutely unattainable (for now, at least) and hardly worth working towards.

Een fijne avond 'winterland hasselt' gisteren en ik een heerlijk relaxed ochtendje. Maar work needs to be done; dus toch maar erin gevlogen. En het gaat goed vandaag: study-machien iris is in gang geschoten. (Nog een weekje les en dan examens ) en dan wens k jullie bij deze evenveel moed en succes toe op het werk, in de studies, gym of met wat je ook bezig bent...youcan do this!
Sunday and succes, a coincidence? i think it's not. Succes is made bu YOU! It doesn't depend on environemental factors but on you alone. It's your determination and discipline that sets the succes. .
After a night out and a lovely relaxed morning, i realised some things need to be done so i dived in my studybooks and surrounded myself with respiratory physiology. Still two weeks before the examen. but it goes well today! Succes to you all!
