New start date on July 9th. The Warrior program will run in 6 week blocks, 3 sessions a week. This is a very goal specific, result driven program. I am creating this program because it is high time people started getting real value out of training. Working out with a "trainer" infrequently, or even 2 times a week without a very specific end date or goal date will never get results and just keep you looped into paying for expensive training. Training with a trainer one on one or in a class who doesn't understand how to utilize different types of workout philosophies and offers only specific type such as metcon or just Zumba, isn't looking to sell you results, they're just selling you whatever they think will get you in the door.
There are 2 major factors among many but worth mentioning at this time that sets JAANWAR apart. 1. This program is in blocks which keeps you goal oriented, and it is an intense 3 days a week. Designed week by week to optimize dynamic hybrid training that forces results. 2. Its designed to be cost effective, first because it should be, and secondly so that people who feel they need to always train with a trainer can afford to, or for people who need to continue to keep uhitting new goals can do so.
