Guten Abend allerseits, hattet ihr einen schönen Dienstag? Heute gibt es für mich mal wieder Kürbis, könnte ich zurzeit täglich essen 😅

Kürbis 🎃 Kartoffel 🥔 - Curry 😋
🔸1 Hokkaido entkernen und würfeln 🔸4 Kartoffel schälen und würfeln
Zwiebel (rot), Knoblauch, Koriander (frisch)
🔸Thai Curry, Salz, Paprika scharf, Chili 🌶
🔸50 g Frischkäse Kräuter 🌿 light - Kokosöl erhitzen, im Wok Zwiebel, Knoblauch anschwitzen, Kürbiswürfel dazu und scharf anbraten - Kartoffelwürfel dazu geben und weitere 5 Minuten scharf anbraten
- alle Gewürze & Koriander, bis auf Chili dazu geben, mit Wasser 💧 aufgießen - Deckel drauf und auf mittlerer Hitze 10-15 Minuten köcheln lassen
- Chili & Frischkäse dazugeben, abgedeckt weitere 5-10 Minuten köcheln - Kochfeld ausstellen und Curry ziehen lassen

What are the best good night dinner you should have??🤔 How your dinner should start?

Start with drinking water 5-10 minutes before dinner.

Best time to have dinner is 7.00 - 8.30pm not later than that.

Salads are the best food you can have in the night as a dinner. Fruit salads or vegetable salads🥗 both are okay.

Drink water post 20-30 minutes after having dinner.
Do not drink milk🥛 and sleep😴. Wait for the digestion for half an hour.

If you're eating something healthy then do not do walking immediately. 🚶🏻‍♂️🚶🏼‍♀️ Wait for your body to absorb all the proteins from the food you had for 45 minutes to 60 minutes.

Do not run after dinner. 🏃🏻‍♂️ Sleep😴 between 10-5 max

2 porcje ok. 150 g spaghetti pęczek natki pietruszki 25 g (3 - 4 łyżki) pestek dyni 1/3 ząbka czosnku 10 g (około 2 łyżek) tartego Parmezanu (lub sera Bursztyn) 75 ml (5 łyżek) oliwy extra vergine 1 łyżeczka octu balsamicznego 1 łyżeczka skórki startej z cytryny
JAK ZROBIĆ? 🤭❤️ Ręcznym blenderem zmiksować wszystkie składniki pesto: listki natki pietruszki, pestki dyni zrumienione na suchej patelni, czosnek, parmezan, oliwę extra vergine, ocet balsamiczny, skórkę z cytryny oraz szczyptę soli i pieprzu. Makaron ugotować w osolonej wodzie, odcedzić zachowując kilka łyżek wody, dodać pesto, wymieszać i wyłożyć na talerze!
