CHEERS GUYS - We are going to Florida tomorrow, wahoo! Every time I go on a plane, I make sure I stay hydrated, eat and drink plenty of probiotic rich foods, and pack healthy snacks since airport food is pretty limited. 🍇On tonight’s menu, I have my homemade blueberry pear kombucha! Kombucha is full of healthy gut bacteria to help me stay healthy for the flight tomorrow. This was my first batch and I must say, it turned out better than planned. Word of advice, don’t get too excited and harvest earlier than needed... rookie mistake. Who has made their own kombucha? If you haven’t made any yet, what flavor would you make?!
