You might recognize versions of this warm up from my stories recently. I received so many wonderful DM’s from you loving it and requesting a full video to use at home so I put this together. I have been using this warm up (or a version of, modify as needed) a lot in my classes recently and it feels great! .
I would recommend doing a range of 5-10 repetitions for each movement, rather than the 2-3 I did for length of the video here.
I am using 1.5 springs but sometimes use more if I’m craving more resistance into the stretches. As always be sure to keep breathing through it and if you find a place that feels good to stretch, don’t be afraid to stay there and breathe into it for a moment. We become more aware and can learn a lot in moments of pause.
