Once, every week started with a hope that this week I will stay on track at the perfect way. The truth is that it rarely ever happened . Cheat meals, partying, life, sickness, something always happened that made it hard for me staying on track. I no longer expect it from myself. I do expect myself to make good choices one day at a time& exercise as much as possible. Weight loss isn’t a cruel journey you simply finish and start living afterwords. Weight loss is a thing that you do while you live your life. Remember it beasts
MONDAY WORKOUT was 55 minuets on the elliptical. It was really one of the hardest workouts I’ve had the past 3 months, but sometimes you just have to BEAST-UP and finish your workout& that’s exactly what I did today.
