There are many different ways to train and that’s why I love utilizing the den at least once a week to incorporate all sorts of movements and training styles. The pumps have been UNREAL lately! When your nails match your sports bra (ps. I can’t be the only one who pairs £3 tops with £90 leggings) Finally starting to see some progress with this cut. I’ve been experimenting for awhile to see what works and getting so frustrated that what worked for me before hasn’t worked this time. What am I doing different now? I dropped my fat a bit lower (from 60g to 45g) and upped my carbs to about 200g. I’ve also upped my water intake - I used to be drinking about 2-3 litres a day but still felt dehydrated ALL the time so I’ve been trying to get 4-5 litres a day and I feel so much better for it. I’ve added in 2 x30 minute cardio sessions per week - which I initially didn’t want to do so early in the cut but I’m really enjoying it and feel GREAT afterwards. But most of all I need to be consistent! Weekends are still a struggle - a mixture of boredom eating and trying to have a social life.. but I WILL stay consistent this time. No days off
