So happy to be back to my regular food after one night switching things up. Gingershred @lilbuffprotein with jif whips and some m&m’s. Been sick as a dog all day from yesterday. I ate my normal foods all day then for dinner we did steak, crab legs, sweet potato “fries” (really baked, not fried) and wine. Plus I made brownies from scratch for dessert. The wine, brownies and crab legs were definitely not part of my usual foods and my body has just completely rejected them and I’ve been paying for it all day. This is why I eat my same, much more bland, foods every day, never drink and keep my weekly cheat meal something I’m used to like thai or pho and halo top. Our meal and wine was good, but not a single thing was worth how I feel today.
