First experience of @parkrunuk this morning on Rutland Water.

I realise to most 5k is not considered a long run but seeing as running is something I haven't done in about 2 years, I was pleased to do it and even totally enjoy it!
~
Now that I'm not on prep, I want to make the most of this time to not only work on building my physique but also for trying new things. The stage will always be there and I'm in that sport for the long haul, but between now and then there are few things to experience and tick of the list.

One of my lagging body parts is definitely my shoulders. ✨ Dagsformen 14dagar efter tävling ✨ några kg upp på vågen, mycket vätska i kroppen, en mycket mer mätt och belåten Ida. Framför allt en mycket gladare Ida, en balans har börjat träda fram och vikten blir mer och mer stabil(skiljer ca 200g från dag till dag). Now it’s 3 weeks ago I placed 2:nd at the #worldchampionship in Benidorm/Spain. 🇪🇸 After every competition I usually take about 2 weeks when I eat what I want. That doesn’t necessary mean only junk food and treats. But if I want them I don’t stop myself from having them. 💪🏼 During this time I still train hard to really use the higher Kcal intake. The following week I slowly go back to more clean food. By this time I don’t eat as much junk food anymore. 👊🏼
Now I’m ready to get back in to my routines again. Mostly clean food during the week. Hard training & focusing on becoming a better version of myself. Kcal intake will stay high and training lvl 💯 let’s do this! #improvementseason

11 uger efter #dm17 siger vægten ca +7 kg. Fedtprocent 14,8.
Jeg spiser 2500 kcal dagligt og cardio Max 30 min om ugen 😊. Selvom jeg nogen dage har svært ved at acceptere de ekstra kilo, så klager jeg bestemt ikke over den her #offseason form 👌

Lately, I've been taking a couple steps back to relearn some pressing movements and refine my mind-muscle connection. Hopefully be able to fix some muscular imbalances and bring some way better symmetry next time I step on stage. On another note, I can finally perform all of the big three painlessly for the first time in a while so that's a huge personal milestone 🤗.

Using all my extra food from yesterday for a killer arm/back workout today. Yesterday I hosted dinner for my and the hubby's families and ate untracked per coach @nickkomodina orders and enjoyed every second with my family. I was especially thankful because Wednesday evening I was in a hit and run car accident with a drunk person. I'm ok and thank God my baby was not with me 🙏 My car is not ok but I don't care! On a non-fitness note, I got my eyebrows microbladed today and ladies let me tell you it's life changing!!! Like seriously...where has this been all my life?! Lol! @prettyninkbrows is seriously a brow miracle worker! Hope everyone enjoyed their families yesterday like I did mine ❤️

So happy to be back to my regular food after one night switching things up. Gingershred @lilbuffprotein with jif whips and some m&m’s. Been sick as a dog all day from yesterday. I ate my normal foods all day then for dinner we did steak, crab legs, sweet potato “fries” (really baked, not fried) and wine. Plus I made brownies from scratch for dessert. The wine, brownies and crab legs were definitely not part of my usual foods and my body has just completely rejected them and I’ve been paying for it all day. This is why I eat my same, much more bland, foods every day, never drink and keep my weekly cheat meal something I’m used to like thai or pho and halo top. Our meal and wine was good, but not a single thing was worth how I feel today.
