It's normal to think about the future, but oftentimes casual thinking turns into worry which can further turn into anxiety. When you focus so much on the negative possibilities, you get further from the reality of the situation and just make yourself feel worse.
I find that anxiety in people of all ages is only increasing around me, and nobody seems to know what to do with it. I'm really interested in the subject and am even more interested in helping people manage their anxiety.
Everyone is different, so different tools will help different people. Sometimes a change of perspective can help change someone's mindset, sometimes connecting with nature, sometimes disconnecting with technology, and the list goes on.
