Not hating on any of my yoga ladies, first and foremost, but lifting is what shaped my body. I truly had it all wrong when I first started! As a beginner, I thought things were pretty self explanatory in fitness, but when I’m wrong, I’m wrong ♀️ I had so little knowledge, and had no real idea of how much I actually had to learn. And here I am, a good 3 years into this fitness gig, and I’m still learning new things all the time.
If there is one thing I am confident about though, it’s lifting! From years of research and my own personal experience, lifting is so crucial, and so beneficial. If you want to look bomb in yoga pants/leggings give lifting a try. Make the bar your best friend. You have nothing to lose and so much to gain. Pun intended
