To give thanks in your mind is to be open to acknowledgement.
To give thanks in your heart is to feel appreciative.
To give thanks by word or deed is an action.
One could say that Jesus’ earthly ministry consisted of going to a meal, leaving a meal, or gathering with neighbors, friends, and family alike to share in a meal. Food and hospitality are POWERFUL, and in many ways it’s universal, being both cross-cultural and cross-generational. Jesus and the disciples ministered to countless while helping them feel like they were immediate family.
Today as you gather around the table, give your thanks to God for the people you love and for those you have made family. Whether a stranger, a neighbor, a coworker, a longtime friend, a distant relative, or your immediate household.
Thank you God, for all of these people!!! : @bendulay777
