What is all the hype about?? 🤷🏼♀️
Basically, 'Cold pressed' means that the juice is extracted from the various fruits and veggies using a huge amount of pressure. No additional heat or oxygen is used in the process, which means all of the nutrients remain fully intact. You are getting all of the vitamins and minerals of the fruit and veg you are consuming, but without any of the fibre/pulp. The benefit of this, is that the nutrients can be immediately absorbed by your body, which otherwise would have to work very hard to digest and extract the nutrients from the full fruits and vegetables.
