One of the greatest feelings in the world is looking in the mirror and liking what you see.
Inside and out.
As a female competitor, it’s easy to judge me.
It’s easy to see my posts and misconstrue them as arrogant, attention seeking, self absorbed, or any other nonsense that most ignorant people assume.
In actuality, my body is my canvas. It’s a reflection of my life and goals. I work extremely hard in and out of the gym to create “this”. I do it for ME.
I don’t do it for you. For applause. For social media attention. For any other earthly reason other than exceeding my own expectations.
Competing is not at all what outsiders think it is.
It’s literally almost ZERO social life.
It’s strained relationships/friendships due to the selfishness that the focus requires.
When I get backstage, the fact that I’m in a teeny bikini in front of hundreds of strangers isn’t even a thought.
The goal from day 1 is to create the best physique I can, and to kick ass!
It’s the ultimate satisfaction of knowing YOU put in the WORK, and YOU made it happen!
No one can do it for you.
My hope is to inspire others by showing them that hard work pays off. Setting goals and working towards them is possible!
YOU CAN ACHIEVE YOUR DREAMS!!
