Aquรญ esta por fin la sesiรณn que saliรณ que pidiรณ la people al 100% que subiera cuando hice encuesta en la instastory la semana pasada.
No sabรฉis como me ha costado que se vea asรญ bien por fin, porque ya partiendo de que esta grabado en vertical, luego si encima el editor coge unas dimensiones y el instagram otras diferentes... Ha sido un dolor de cabeza para intentar que quedara lo mejor posible sin que se comiera parte de la imagen del plano de vรญdeo.

Poco a poco mejorando en cositas, aunque la prรณxima vez me grabarรฉ cuando solo vaya a hacer estos ejercicios fresco, que venรญa machacadisimo de una buena sesiรณn de empuje en el gym. Pero estoy contento porque para lo poco que hago/puedo hacer y lo inconstante que soy en consecuencia, voy avanzando ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป . Ademรกs ese dรญa estaba a tope y aguante bien la sesiรณn nocturna improvisada, o sea que con mas razรณn todavรญa ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป.

Yesterday I tried to do a L-sit for hours but I just could not do it. I could lift my butt off the ground and I could (somewhat) lift my legs up, but I could not do both together. I was kinda getting fed up and a little mad at myself because it sounded so simple to do. So I walked away for a few hours, until I remembered I saw a tip for L-sits on @elena_miss_yoga 's page! Yes, it's cheating but it's a start!! It's getting me use to balancing and holding weight on my wrists! This will be a before picture one day!! P.S. this trick may bruise your back if you practice this too many times in one sitting. ๐Ÿ™„

Bondage yoga ๐Ÿคช

On my recent challenge I had a few requests, asking how I tie myself up like this in my strap. I've shared this so many times but since it could he my last time for a while (see previous post) I thought I would do a fresh post for you all ๐Ÿ˜ญ Hope it's clear in my video, any questions just ask ๐Ÿ’•
Make sure your strap is long enough and thick enough and don't pull it too tight to begin with. Wait till you're strapped in then pull the loose end. There's so many things to work on with this - wrist taps, folds, l sits, straddle lifts...... have fun and watch out for some hideous cramping if you don't warm up proper. ๐Ÿ˜‰ I tried a little trick of lifting a hand over the leg and as you can see it needs work but I got one in๐Ÿ˜…
