Mix it up! I blended a couple tbsps of tahini with a splash or two of water, 3 tbsps lemon juice, garlic clove, pinch of cumin, dash salt and 1 tsp coconut nectar for a flavour and nutrient boost to my veggies and tofu for roasting. So good!
