What would you be able to do if you let go
Of your fear and self- doubt? What would you advance confidently towards?
How often do you say "I wish I had more time for myself!" or "I don't have time for that" or "I'm SO busy".
We love to throw that busy word around.
And it's probably true that your plate is full but when it comes to designing your life you hold the power to decide what and who you want to spend your energy on. So before you make the assertion that you don't have time to workout or finish reading that book that's been collecting dust , you’ve got to understand what you’re trading off when you tell yourself “I Don’t Have Time”.
If you say you don't have time to eat healthy, it's an issue of priorities not time. So ask yourself this important question....
How is my time REALLY being spent and what are my priorities?
