Day 59/80 ...LEG Day! And they are smoked. You know how you do a program and everything is edited and perfect on the screen. Well, this program is far from that and it's just another reason why I love it. It's real and raw with each crew member. They make the same groans during warm up I do, they ask about their form and what they need to do to make it easier or more challenging. They are just honest and I can relate because we are going through it together. It's not all "Hollywood" or glittery moments. It's real life.
I can't tell you how this program has changed me. I'm no longer afraid to have that carb because it's healthy and serves a purpose. I feel so much better because I'm actually eating the right amounts of foods. And the food, it's fuel. It's taught me to eat cleaner, fuel myself correctly, and then replenish what I lost for recovery after workouts. Being healthy, losing weight, building muscle, or leaning out doesn't have to be complicated. And it's not. It's not because I know my plan is laid out for me and has taken the guess work out for me. I simply follow the plan.
I can't tell you enough, if you are ready to finally make that first step, you've got to try this program. Yes, it requires commitment. But isn't that what you lack now? This program forces that in a good way. And when you start seeing the results in a matter or a week or two (for me 7 days in it was noticeable results), you find yourself getting stronger every single day and push yourself that much harder. I'm telling you right now, this IS exactly what you need.
