No matter what goals you are pursuing (losing fat or building muscle) variables changing day to day can have a dramatic impact- both good & bad
So remember the next time you have an "off" day in the gym or you do not hit a new low weigh in & you are not feeling good about yourself- take a step back and see if one of many components is missing...
Anything from lack of sleep, dehydration, sodium intake, carb intake, under eating, late night eating, alcohol intake, not recovering fully, stress, etc. can all play a role
All of those (and more) will play a role in your weigh ins, how you feel during your workouts, and during the day. This is a 24/7 thing. The more time you put in, the more you will learn about yourself and you will become more familiar with what works for you, and what doesn’t
Allow that feeling to come & go quickly! It happens to everyone- we all have off days. It's how we bounce back from those days that matters
