Tuesday and Thursday 8.30am - REVlite (studio) ASHLEY @ashley.limbrick
RevLite will still be the high intensity circuit training that you've come to expect from REV3K but we will be 'lite' on the weights. Although some weight will be incorporated; we'll be using our bodies as our main tool. There will be a focus on range of motion and mobility.
Tuesday 7pm REVteens ALYSSA @alyssaethier
Teaching teens the proper form and mechanics for every day functional movements and lifts.
It will help them gain an understanding of what we do in classes at Rev with more of an in depth focus on proper technique and building basic strength, mobility, flexibility, agility, and power.
For teens involved in competitive sports or those just starting to become active and looking for an activity that piques their interest.
Wednesday 5pm Core class (studio) ALYSSA @alyssaethier
Core is designed to give you a strong and powerful body. Starting from the middle and working our way out, with core we begin with core exercises and extent to extremity training to ensure total body fitness.
A 30-minute workout, core combined with REV3K class will help you to become strong, functional and keep you healthy for years to come.
