Hi friends! I've decided to start #Weddingtipwednesday
Each week I'll share a wedding related tip from a wedding professional in the area!
This week we get to hear from the talented, Kyla, who is an incredible wedding and event planner based in NH. She is so organized and how so much love for what she does and for all her couples.
Here is Kyla's tip: "Intentionally plan time into your wedding day to be alone together. Many couples shy away from this, feeling that it is selfish to spend time away from the beloved friends and family who have traveled to share in your day with you. However, by taking just a little bit of time to be alone, you will have a precious gift of savoring your wedding day as it is happening, basking in the joy of those first moments as husband and wife. This not only helps your day to slow down, but also allows you to feel less hurried, freeing you up to truly be present with those sweet guests of yours. One of my favorite ways to do this is to eat dinner together privately before joining the reception. Ask your caterer to set aside your plates, have your planner set up a little private table, and enjoy your delicious food in the presence of one another. Then, join the biggest party of your life with renewed energy and the sweetness of that time shared together. I have never heard of a couple regretting this choice!" - @kylamaryevents .
