📉MICKEY GALL FIGHT CAMP S&C REPORT [SWIPE]
Today officially marked the halfway point of @mickeygall's fight prep and I couldn't be happier with his progress...
💪🏻In 5 weeks he's dropped 5 pounds, while maintaining ALL of his muscle mass! He's currently carrying 99.2lbs of muscle -- the EXACT same amount of muscle he started with 5 weeks ago. His bodyfat % has dropped from 11.5% to 9%! [SWIPE to see his 'InBody' body composition report from today]
