It’s #mealmonday ! I normally do #mealprepmonday BUT I’ve taken a little bit of a halt to meal prepping since I’m changing up the way I eat! I’ve also been home more recently so I have time to eat my food fresh 😋 I used to eat either turkey or chicken for my lunches and dinners when I meal prepped. Now I’m eating meat in about 30-40% of my meals and then I get the rest of my protein from plant based products and diary (mainly Greek yogurt and eggs). So I’m really enjoying getting creative with veggies to change things up a bit! One of my favorite foods are wings so I made some cauliflower buffalo bites and they are now my absolute favorite dish to make! And they are super easy! I don’t feel to heavy after eating this either so it’s perfect to get my wing craving in without feeling gross afterwards! It’s a very orange dish with the sweet potatoes but oh well 😂🤷🏼‍♀️

#MEALMONDAY 😋 Alyssa speaking here, and I want to share one of my absolute favorite meals ever. I never go a day without my bowls of protein oatmeal ❤️ A very simple recipe of: - 1/2 cup of oats - 3 egg whites
- a crap ton of cinnamon - 2 stevia packets - add almond milk (or water but almond milk it was better) until oats are completely covered. -microwave for 1 minute, take out STIR, and microwave for an additional minute. This helps make the oats fluffy 😊
-top with a tablespoon of peanut butter, and add your fruit of choice! Enjoy 😋😋😏😏❤️❤️

FIVE ◽️5/05 was the day the company was created. ◽️ Almost all meals are under 500 calories (#5 again) ◽️The original menu had 5 items and they rotated every 5 weeks. ◽️ 5 Signature Sauces ◽️ We set our menus for you to eat the meals 5 days a week. Weekends were for you to enjoy and create your own healthy meals.
Now you ask, why the word FIT? Well, we are a bunch of fitness enthusiast that understands the importance of the macro nutrients in each meal. Just because a meal is healthy, doesn’t mean it’s going to deliver results. Your body needs good fuel to get you going through the day.

Benjamin Bufford Blue, besser bekannt als Bubba, war Forrest Gumps treuester Gefährte in Vietnam. Von ihm hat Forrest alles über das Shrimp-Fischen erfahren, was man wissen muss. Ihm zuliebe hat er später Bubba Gump Shrimps gegründet. Und wir haben Bubba zuliebe seine heiß geliebten Shrimps zurück nach Asien gebracht und mit würzigen Mie- Nudeln, reichhaltigem Ei, fruchtiger Ananas, knackigen Zwiebeln und frischer Paprika vereint. Forrest wäre stolz auf uns!

Einfach zum verlieben💞 lecker🤤 und schnell gemacht. Unser tägliches Frühstück. ➡️ 3 Eiklar ➡️ 1 Vollei ➡️ 20g gemahlene #Mandeln ➡️ 15g Kokosraspel ➡️ 15g #Walnüsse (für den Crunch) ➡️ 5g Backkakao ➡️ Flavourdrops 🍫 ➡️ 50g frische Blaubeeren (Hälfte in den Teig/ Hälfte Deko) ➡️ Bei Bedarf gerne noch 3g Flohsamenschalen untermengen. (Dann wird es etwas fluffiger.) Natürlich könnt ihr die Mengen der Nüsse etwas varrieren oder den Backkako weglassen. Dann verändern sich jedoch die Nährwertangaben.

Alles gut vermengen und ab in die Pfanne.

Meal Monday!!! Simple dinner with prepped lunches as an after bonus!!! 1 lb ground turkey
2 sweet bell peppers
1 can chickpeas
1 cucumber
2 tomatoes
2 grated radishes
1 grated carrot
1 cup feta
1 handful fresh parsley
1 cup olive oil
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar

Diese eignen sich auf Grund des höheren KH-Gehaltes auch als Pre- oder Post Workout Snack!

➡️ 100g Haferflocken ➡️ 60g Proteinpulver ➡️ 3 Eiklar 🥚 🥚 🥚 ➡️ 40g Früchtemüsli ungesüßt ➡️ 40g Cranberrys ➡️ 200ml Milch 1,5% 🥛
Masse auf ein mit Backpapier ausgegelegtes Backblech ausstreichen und bei 180°C etwa 20-30 Min. backen.

Hey, y’all! Sorry I’ve been MIA the last few days; I’ve been moving and have basically been a zombie all weekend 🧟‍♀️. Yes, I’m a day late for #mealmonday but hey it’s never too late to stuff your face with some delicious food. My friend Cassie made this DANK ASS HEALTHY MEAL for me the other day. Tonight on Biscuit Fitness I made Chicken Pot Pie! Now I don’t know about you, but I LOVE chicken pot pie. Like LLOOOOVEEEE IT! 🤤
However, CPP can be a bit on the unhealthy side. But! When you make it homemade vs buying it in the store you’re already taking one major step towards a healthier alternative. In today’s recipe there still could be modifications made, but this is my quick Chicken Pot Pie go to recipe.
•I N G R E D I E N T S•
1 onion
1 cup carrot
1-2 cloves garlic
1 pound of chicken
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 can cream of chicken
1 cup of peas
1 crust
•D I R E C T I O N S•
1. If your chicken is not cooked, cook it. Simple method: boil it up until cooked through and then shred.
2. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in the bottom of a pot
3. Add onions and carrots. Cook for 3-5 minutes or until onions are translucent.
4. Add in garlic, chicken, chicken broth, cream of chicken, and seasonings. Bring to boil. *If your insides are not thick, add 1-2 tablespoons of flour, but no more than 2.
5. Pour insides into pie pan and add crust.
6. Add a fancy design to top :)
7. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown
