200 grams of rice = about 2 cups of cooked rice
200 grams of nuts = about 7 servings (3-5 handfuls depending on if you have human hands or claws)
200 grams of eggs = about 4 large eggs
200 grams of bananas = about 2 large bananas

You could easily grab a few handfuls of nuts as a healthy snack and suddenly ingest 400-600 calories without feeling it. Compare that to 400-600 calories of rice or eggs, which most would feel very satiated and full after, and you can see why it's important to know the calorie content of the food you eat, even the healthy stuff.

Not pictured but a pint of ice cream from most brands would run you close to 1,000 calories regardless of the brand. Suddenly you go from being UNDER maintenance for fat loss to being ABOVE maintenance and now you're gaining weight.
If you've tried losing fat but had no success, keep this in mind. And yes, even if you have just a bit of fat around your stomach or butt or legs you want to lose, it's still just fat you have to lose, which means a calorie deficit.
One final thing- unless you have the discipline of a monk, stay away from exact meal plans. You shouldn't eat whatever you want and you shouldn't eat from an exact plan. Success usually falls somewhere in the middle.

Jojojojo Beeergfest Leudeeeeee da sind es nur noch 2 Tage bis zum wohlverdienten Wochenende😁💪🏼 Aber heute wurden mal die Beine so richtig auseinander genommen😱 kann jetzt schon kaum noch gehen🙈 Was Anstand?! Insgesamt 6 Übungen für die Beine im Pump System, dass heißt jede Muskelgruppe wurde 2 mal getroffen mit einer Wiederholung von 15-25 mal! Anschließend wurden noch ein bisschen Bauch trainiert 2 Übungen! Eine Übung ist auch in meiner Story, das erste mal war ein echter fail, man lernt aber nie aus 😁

Nesin Therapy had a great time supporting the Rocket City Microthon this weekend. What is a Microthon? It was a 0.12k “race” across the green at Campus 805 in HSV. People ran, walked, biked, moseyed, and even pranced (video of our own Nesin crew doing that to come later!) to the finish line. ⠀⠀
All the proceeds went to support Merrimack Hall Performing Arts Center - providing arts education (dance, drama, creative writing, visual arts, arts summer camp, yoga, etc.) to special needs children, youth, and adults. We feel blessed to have supported such a great program with our sponsorship!

You know... coming out of my first men's physique competition there was one primary question I kept asking myself... "Now that you have achieved your goal and competed, are you satisfied?"

My answer was simple... "NEVER." At the end of the day, I never want to live in a complacent state of mind. It's not in my DNA... it's not who I am. I want to be the best I can be in every way, shape and form (body, mind and soul)!!

I will say, by adopting this mindset and applying it to your daily life, it is amazing what you are able to accomplish!! Your progress may be in the form of baby steps, but what's important is that your improving and your that much closer to reaching your destiny!! .
