Just scrolling through my phone and came across this from almost a year and a half ago. Sitting at about 180ish pounds and wondering why I wasn't growing. ♂️EAT MORE AND LIFT HEAVIER.
As the weight got heavier and the food quantity got larger, I began to grow. MENTALLY, PHYSICALLY, and EMOTIONALLY.
Push yourself till you think the wheels are gonna fall off, rest then repeat!!
