We are more than halfway through January!
Can you believe it? I look at the calendar and it’s almost February!
How are your new year goals going? I didn’t set any hard and fast goals. I brainstormed a few things I wanted to “keep doing” or “do more of”. There were a few new things I wanted to add to my list, but I still feel pretty good about what I’ve done so far! “Consistency” is what I’m trying to aim for in a few areas of life. Small goals like: more consistent skincare practice, more consistent workouts, and more vegetables in my life.
How are your small goals or big goals for January going for you? Did you make any? I’m a fan of big and small goals- I don’t discriminate! All kinds of goals are welcome. I haven’t watched the Marie Kondo show yet on Netflix but that might make the February list!
