Slowly incorporating heavy ropes back into my workout. I had 15 minutes so I did a ladder workout with the 1/2 lbs, 1 lbs and 2 lbs ropes with 100 jumps with the speed rope in between sets. My version of jump rope HIIT. The #GoLife pills kept me focused and energized through it all..... It's a gruesome workout.
