A love of all things green
We were lucky enough to visit one of Barcelona's most phenomenal farmers on Monday. Jacques supplies some of the best restaurants in the city (including two of my favourites, @barbrutalbarcelona and @ticketsbar) with an amazing array of culinary herbs, rare vegetables and some of the most beautiful edible flowers I have ever seen. In tribute to one of my favourite Instagrammers, @conscious_cooking we made a few #monochrome flat lays to celebrate his produce and will show you some of the dishes we created over the coming days. Here we have a few of the #green veggies and herbs, can you name them all?
I'm in love with the variegated 'duck squash' that look like little ducks smewching down the bottom I still can't bring myself to cook them !!
