WHAT DO YOU LIKE MOST ABOUT UBS
I love the Morning sweat classes and feel comfortable in this environment, the friendly faces, the constructive help I receive from the trainers, the different options available with your timetable including challenges and the option for PTs and nutrition guidance all at a reasonable cost.
YOUR FAVOURITE HEALTHY MEAL
This time of year is chicken or tuna salads, I love adding all the fresh colours and even make my own dressings so I know exactly what I am consuming.
YOUR BEST FITNESS ADVISE
If you’ve made the effort to get to the gym or the sweat classes make the effort to smash it out, push hard and utuilise that time, it makes all the difference.
WHAT IS YOUR CURRENT FITNESS SCHEDULE
I attend every Monday, Wednesday & Friday 6am sweat classes, and now the Thursday morning 930am class. On days I’m not at the gym I do an outdoor walk for at least 30mins early in the morning or in the evening after dinner when it’s cooler.
WHATS A DAY ON THE PLATE LOOK LIKE FOR YOU
Multi gran toast, hard boil egg, philly light cream cheese, salads, tuna, chicken, plenty of fruit and water, rice cakes, protein bars and yopros, veg and lean meat or steak.
