Purification – This one is great to put on your skin to aid in areas we focus on for beauty. Our skin is our biggest organ! It not only important to be mindful what we put IN our bodies, but so it is just as important what we put ON our bodies. Total body health.
Lavender – I will often diffuse about 20 mins before bed and let it run for me to wind down and sleep like a rock. I also rub a drop on my wrists and take a deep breath in. I wake up feeling refreshed and well rested.
Stress Away – I am a little tricky from time to time with Stress Away. I wear this on my diffuser bracelet all the time at work. In part to keep my calm in high stress times, but also so the people I interact with can have the benefits from it as well. Remember it is import to stay calm in order to make sure stress doesn’t manifest into physical pains.
Lemon –Staying hydrated throughout the say is super important. I really struggle to drink the amount of water that I should in a day. A drop of lemon helps me get in more glasses. It also is an aroma that is super uplifting. When you have a smile on your face and feel happy everything feels great.
Copaiba – For a long time I have had muscle tightness on the heel of my foot. Every morning I roll a bit of Copaiba on my heel to make it feel so much better. This is the oil that “sold” me on the true impact essential oils could have on my life.
PanAway – Hey, we all aren’t as young as we once were! Having long days at work or deep cleaning the house I feel better putting something on a sore muscle topically. The coolness of PanAway is soothing. Also, putting a little on my knees makes them not sound like squeaky floor boards!
Frankincense – When you are nervous, stressed, or overwhelmed it can manifest in to physical symptoms. Your mental and emotional health will 100% play into your physical well-being. Frankincense is my favorite oil to use while I meditate. Also, I will put a drop in my palm and make a scent tent when I need to take a moment and regroup.
RC – Whenever I feel stuffy I will take a whiff right from the bottle or put a drop on my palms to make a scent tent. If it’s really bad or I notice my husband is having issues I will diffuse it in the bedroom to help us sleep better.
DiGize – I have been a lot more mindful of the types of things I put into my body. Being vegetarian now has helped me stay on track so I don’t need to use this oil too often. It is good to know it is there for me just in case I over indulge. (Like when my husband makes his incredible vegetarian chili!) I will drink a large glass of water with a drop in it or rub in right on my belly.
Peppermint – Head tension can be a real downer after staring at a computer all day, or when I don’t drink enough coffee. I rub peppermint on my temples and a bit on the back of my neck. I am quickly back on track.
Thieves – This is an immune booster and over all staple in my house. At least once a week, I diffuse this in our living room and our bedroom to keep our immune systems in tip top shape. The goal is to stay healthy and above the wellness line. This way when I do feel icky it is much more manageable.
