After running and rowing a total for 2.1 miles i took a minute to think back. The pic on the left 480lbs brought back memories of how I use to not care about what I ate, only cared about how good it taste because it was ok to consume 5,000 to 8,000 calories because I am a BIG GUY, i am 6’8 I need all the food I can get....WRONG!! I wish I could tell that 22 year old that if you can just change up your diet everything else will fall into place but oh well i am here at 31 enhancing every part of my life including my health and reaping the benefits. Yes I use to consume Taco Bell family meals by myself, a large pizza and Diet Pepsi, large fried rice with sweet and sour chicken, a box of pop tarts in a day, two McDonald’s steak and egg and cheese bagels, yes I was that guy. I allowed food to feed my mental illness which was depression.
But when I realized that I was never a mistake but a gift that should be used to help people, enlighten people day, and I had a purpose, my life started to change.
