Quick little meal prep for the next few days. Cost about $20 and took about 15 minutes to make! Fruit bowls (purchased fruit that was on sale) & black bean/rice bowls loaded with cheap, nutritious veggies! I can’t wait to see how my body responds to eating cleaner, nutritious foods. I’m doing this for my GI health in hopes of finally figuring out what works best for my body! Who knows if this will stick, but I’m excited to see if it works for my chronic pain!
