BALANCE = LIFE. You know I love throwing heavy shit around the gym, but equally valuable is balance training. You can have crazy strong individual muscles, but can they work together? Can your joints adapt to multiple muscles freaking the fuck out?

< I know these #s are still elevated, but let me live >. FUN FACT: my weight didn't change at all, but blood pressure dropped, leading me to believe that my weight isn't the root cause of my high BP, just COINCIDENTAL. What is the root cause? I suspect STRESS. Last winter fucking sucked, but now that things have settled, so have my veins.
YOUR TRAINER SUCKS, TOO. When we try new shit, we suck. The learning curve won't be as steep as a regular civilian's, but it's still there. I'm 250, using a @rubberbanditz band to displace roughly 100 LBS, so I'm only struggle bussing 150 LBS. Trainers need assistance, too. Thank goodness I have some.
