Morning shapes! I’ve been pretty up & down over the past few weeks, stress causing me to hold excess water. A few quiet weeks keeping my head down is going to do me some good I think! Training is actually going really well, appetite has taken a massive decline this week but making sure my meals get eaten to fuel those sessions Big back session later today... let’s grow some wings! #happyhumpday
A very sweaty lower session today - Quad focused. I roll out of bed at 5:15am and go straight to the gym before I've really woken up. I'm proud of myself for smashing it despite every instinct keeping me in bed. Happy hump day
A fantastic day with some tremendous standout performances.
A huge well done to Promoter James Collier and all of the team on such a well organised event.

Congratulations to all of the athletes on their hard work and efforts.
As always the standard was extremely high, any athletes who missed out on British Finals qualification, please make sure you get yourself registered for PCA East Anglia which is less than two weeks away.
CELEB DIET PLANS
COMMENT below which one from Love Island will release one first? Definitely not Eyal he’s too spiritual AKA tw*t.
These people are not qualified. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
They have basically gotten some low-level fame. And find a way to make a fast buck.
♂️ They know nothing about nutrition or training, yet end up making more money out of it than the actual people in the industry who have studied years.
You can have worked with 100's if not 1000's of people, on their own bespoke 1-2-1 nutritional and training programming.
Studied the best courses spending a lot of money to do so.
Learned from the best.
Crafted your art of coaching.
Poured your heart and soul into becoming the best all-round coach for any given individual.
But nowadays you can get shagged on TV, have a before and after picture after hiring a personal trainer and then all of a sudden they are now the EXPERT?
How the fuck does this make sense?
DVDs, supplements and diet plans get sent out to their unsuspecting victims for small to moderate fees yet sold to enough people like these people have access to, make A LOT OF MONEY.
Then there are the Insta Fame Fitness guys:
Has a set of abs or some good glutes.
Down to good genetics.
Consistent training and nutrition.
Gets good at taking photos, filters and lighting on point and builds a profile.
Has no knowledge of bespoke programming, but releases 8-week bulk or 8-week shred to their followers.
Their followers believe this is the plan for them as they guy obviously looks in shape.
You do not need knowledge, to be in shape.
Therefore being in shape is not an indicator of said knowledge.
It could merely be a coincidence.
These plans promise results but always end in failure for 10's of 1000's of people.
Careful who you believe.
Trying to start and set a new routine to compensate for a much more important job has really shown me one of my weaknesses that I never really needed to think about for almost 3 years now. That weakness is simply change... when broken down like that it sounds so simple. I don’t mean simple to do but simple to understand, understand why things are hard to get going at first. But sometimes we take these simple things and turn them into such complex issues. This causes us to lose the thought and reassurance of such a simple, normal, and needed resource. I thought I was embracing my new career path with more than all of my energy and recognizing the mini and quickly gained victories. But Im still feeling uneasy and slightly lost I might even wanna say. I just need to take the time to remember to breath. I need to take every day literally day by day. Once I adapt and overcome this new challenge life has blessed me with I can not wait to see where the universe takes me.
I have dreams bigger than you could understand or imagine. That doesn’t mean you can not imagine anything better or equal in value to for yourself. That means I know if I told you, you wouldn’t think it’s possible for a kid like me to pull off. So I’m gunna let the silent hustle take over from here on out
To be a champion, I think you have to see the big picture. It's not about winning and losing; it's about every day hard work and about thriving on a challenge. It's about embracing the pain that you'll experience at the end of a race and not being afraid. I think people think too hard and get afraid of a certain challenge.
