I don’t think that getting up at the butt crack of dawn to workout is my jam but I did it for my kid. My child has gotten into the habit of running out the door just in time to catch the bus lately because she can’t get her booty outta bed. I don’t know why on earth she would decide to get up an hour early but she did. She wanted to quit halfway through and I told her we had to finish what we started but next time we know this is not for us. We will continue to do our workout after she gets home from school because that is what works better for us. I give major praise to those who enjoy their workouts first thing in the morning. 🙌
It’s Wednesday, take a break! IKR!? That was my old mindset. ‘You workout too much’. ‘You’re gonna get hurt’. ‘You’re over-training’. I hear those ^^^3 often from people that just don’t know.
I’m not doing this alone. My super trainers have created exercise programs FOR ME that give me life (and abs 🤣)! Each day is carefully created so that I don’t get injured or burnout😩 or over-train. Today’s workout is 20 minutes! Why wouldn’t I do it! PS- there are 10s of thousands of people pressing play▶️ with me as I type this! I love that ❤️!!

KEEP GOING! 💪🏼🙌🏼💞💞💞 I know sometimes it can be frustrating because results aren’t happening quickly enough for you, or it is just too hard and you have to modify so much because it is just so out of your comfort zone. I have been there, most of us have regardless of what people want you to believe! When the going gets tough, you KEEP GOING! If you stop now then the chances of you getting where you want to be are pushed further and further away. You have the brush your shoulders off and tell yourself “I got this!” When you fall down, get back up. I promise it will NOT be easy, but it is SOOOOO WORTH IT! 😍
