In entrepreneurship, there is often a lack of personal organization that leads the entrepreneurs to not eat properly. Always be on the run and on the road, the management of meals becomes very difficult and the easy access to "fast food" does not help. Either they will not eat, or they will ingest a huge amount calories and junk food and so nothing good for the body and the brain. The adage "A holy spirit in a holy body" then quickly loose it's sens ... Being an entrepreneur myself and always on the road, I developed a tactic that allows me to eat properly without spending my money in restaurants.
Here is my little secret:
BREAKFAST: 2 eggs, 1 / 2T. Oatmeal + 1 cup of shake, 1T. Fruits and a cappuccino (well yes, I spoils myself! But no refined sugar, only cane sugar 😉) DAY SNACKS: I always have two shakes with me as snacks in the morning and in the afternoon.
DINNER: A Masson jar with a salad, tuna cane and V8.
DINNER: I take a few hours a month to pre-prepare several meals that I freeze which allows me to always have a balanced meal with me that is frozen, keeps the rest cold and defreeze slowly during the day.
NIGHT COLLATIONS: I have almonds in my small reusable bags @colibricanada, plain popcorn or plain rice cakes with peanut butter (of course, I do not carry this mega jar but "samples" of restaurant 😏) And of course, a mega bottle @gocontigo, inexhaustible source of water 😋 .
