August I started training with @frankieluzny in prep for my friend's wedding @natashajennifergreen_(was my insperation) ...i was 11.4 and rocking a size 16 (well 14 but very very tight ) I hopped on the scales yesterday and I'm now 10.5 and a size 12 with some muscle gains going on !!! I'm truly grateful to my pt , the gym and also to myself !!!
