SQUAT: 520lbs for a single was EZ 💵. My CNS is fried, so kept it smooth and conservative. Hit 500lbs for doubles after.
BENCH: Was able to hit a 2x3 @ 245lbs. Ayyy!!! I know my butt came up a little, but I’m not concerned for game day. 😎 Hit 235lbs for triples after.
