2018 rocked for so many reasons. Here are some highlights: Because I started off the year NOT dying from liver failure, I went to the Grand Canyon for my first time, I dyed my hair grey, I survived a 21 mile backpacking trip to Buckskin Gulch in my Jandals, pretty much moved to St. George for the winter, I visited New York City, I became the ultimate tourist in California when I went on my first Segway tour, our 24th of July Children’s Parade float WON, USU once again defeated BYU, Luke Bryan is still my #1, I’m a senior in college and changed my major AGAIN, and I’m pretty sure my team the #JaberWalkies won Cotopaxi’s #Questival. Overall, it was an extremely emotionally taxing year haha. I commonly use the phrase “strong independent woman” to describe myself, but looking back, if it weren’t for the amazing people I have around me, I wouldn’t be where I am today! At least I have one constant in my life... and it’s that no matter what comes and goes... my basketball game will always be tomorrow.
Happy 2019, losers🥂
